In February of 2013 my son, Jack, was dignosed with celiac disease. Having celiac disease means being gluten-free, never eating anything with wheat, barley, or rye in the ingredients. With celiac disease, you also have to be very careful about not having any cross contamination with food or prducts that contain gluten. As a result of Jacks diagnosis, Jack, myself, my husband Dan, and my 3-year-old son, Luke, have all adopted a gluten-free lifestyle. For those of you who have been down this road, you know that it can be very scary and lonely. Although we have many resources here in Cincinnati, finding them can be hard.

I am starting this non-profit organization to help support the people in our area who live a gluten-free lifestyle and also to raise awareness for Celiac Disease.
